Theresa's experience in the eyecare industry began while working at Global Optics, Inc. in the late 70s. She was part of GOAL as it became independent in 1999, and continues to offer her administrative talents while maintaining a position as principal of a Catholic elementary school as well. Theresa is a mother of three and grandmother of six as well.

As part of the GOAL Team, Theresa serves as executive officer for accounts payable, accounts receivable and bookkeeping responsibilities.
